Professional Application Process
Please follow these steps when applying the Product
1 - Surface Preparation
Using professional-grade products, we thoroughly clean your windscreen to remove all dirt, oils, and contaminants. This ensures the nano-coating will bond perfectly with the glass surface.
2 - Surface Activation
We apply a special pre-treatment solution that preps your windscreen at a microscopic level. This creates the ideal surface for the nano-coating to form a strong, lasting bond.
3 - Nano-Coating
Our advanced SiO2 nano-coating is carefully applied by certified technicians. This invisible layer provides superior protection and water-repelling properties for your windscreen.
4 - Curing
A 24-48 hour curing period allows the coating to form a permanent bond with your glass. Once cured, your windscreen is ready to provide crystal clear visibility for up to 20,000km.

Application techniques:
Spray Nano4-Carglass sparingly 30 x 30cm at a time and polish with a cloth. Curing occurs under ambient conditions for minimum 60 minutes up to a day, depending on atmospheric humidity. (The full method will be demonstrated at inception of our agreement.)
